Shipping destinations and cost

XYD Cover currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal is US$20 or more, as calculated at checkout. Orders below US$20 are charged a US$20 standard shipping fee. Available shipping services and the final shipping cost are shown and confirmed at checkout before payment.

Order processing and production

Many XYD Cover products are made to order for a specific vehicle. For made-to-order items, production normally takes 7–12 business days after we have confirmed all required vehicle fitment details. Ready-to-ship or non-custom items follow the processing time shown on the relevant product page.

Transit time

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 11–16 business days. Expedited options may show an estimated transit time of approximately 3–5 business days when available for the destination and product. A made-to-order item using standard delivery will therefore usually arrive about 18–28 business days after fitment details are confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, or address issues may cause delays.

Tracking

We email tracking information after an order ships. If tracking has not been issued after the production estimate shown above, contact support@xydcover.com with your order number.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment has started. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Contact support@xydcover.com promptly about lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages.

30-day quality guarantee

XYD Cover provides a 30-day quality guarantee. Contact us within 30 days after delivery if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from the order, or has a confirmed fitment issue caused by our pattern, production, or fulfillment. An approved claim may be resolved with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return eligibility

An approved return must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products

A product is considered custom when it is produced or configured for a specific vehicle or customer, including selections such as vehicle year, make, model, trim, seat configuration, color, material, stitching, logo, name, monogram, measurements, or another customer-approved specification.

Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of a change of mind, an incorrect vehicle or configuration supplied by the customer, a customer-selected option, a preference regarding an approved color or material, or a fit expectation that is not caused by a confirmed XYD Cover error. A custom product that has been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization is also ineligible.

Custom products remain covered by our 30-day quality guarantee. Contact us within 30 days after delivery if the product is defective or damaged on arrival, is not the item or specification ordered, materially differs from the approved order, or has a confirmed fitment issue caused by an XYD Cover pattern, production, or fulfillment error. We may request the order number, vehicle year, make, model and trim, seat or interior photos, and clear photos or video of the issue. After verification, we may repair, replace, exchange, or refund the affected product. XYD Cover pays approved return shipping for a confirmed covered claim.

Other exceptions

Clearance and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective or required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. A custom order can normally be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not begun. Once materials have been cut, printing, embroidery, stitching, molding, or other production has begun, the custom order cannot be cancelled or changed because of a change of mind or customer selection error.

How to request a return

Email support@xydcover.com or call +86 153 8903 0328. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photos or video showing the issue. Wait for written return authorization before sending anything. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For an approved quality, damage, incorrect-item, or XYD Cover fitment or fulfillment claim, our support team will email a return label or provide approved return instructions. XYD Cover is responsible for the approved return shipping cost. Do not send a return to our registered business address unless support confirms that address in writing.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will email the decision. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Approved quality, damage, incorrect-item, or XYD Cover fitment or fulfillment claims may be resolved with an exchange. If the replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.
