Shipping destinations and cost

XYD Cover currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal is US$20 or more, as calculated at checkout. Orders below US$20 are charged a US$20 standard shipping fee. Available shipping services and the final shipping cost are shown and confirmed at checkout before payment.

Order processing and production

Many XYD Cover products are made to order for a specific vehicle. For made-to-order items, production normally takes 7–12 business days after we have confirmed all required vehicle fitment details. Ready-to-ship or non-custom items follow the processing time shown on the relevant product page.

Transit time

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 11–16 business days. Expedited options may show an estimated transit time of approximately 3–5 business days when available for the destination and product. A made-to-order item using standard delivery will therefore usually arrive about 18–28 business days after fitment details are confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, or address issues may cause delays.

Tracking

We email tracking information after an order ships. If tracking has not been issued after the production estimate shown above, contact support@xydcover.com with your order number.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment has started. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Contact support@xydcover.com promptly about lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages.
