Online store terms

Products and custom fitment

Many XYD Cover products are made or selected for a specific vehicle. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, trim, body style, seat configuration, and left-hand or right-hand drive when requested. We may contact you for photographs or additional details before production.

Product colors and materials can appear slightly different because of lighting, display settings, and normal manufacturing variation. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but measurements and images are provided as practical guides.

Where a product is custom-made, production may begin after fitment information is confirmed. Cancellation and return eligibility for custom products is governed by our Refund Policy.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable materials, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or incomplete fitment information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and vehicle information. Please review all order details before submitting payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be shown when available or remain the customer’s responsibility where required by law. We may change prices and promotions without notice, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

Production, shipping, returns, and refunds

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates and can be affected by fitment confirmation, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Current shipping information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before ordering a custom-fit product.

Accuracy of information

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update product information when necessary. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you when reasonably possible.

Third-party services and links
