What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging. -
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

How do I know if it fits my vehicle?
Use our Year/Make/Model selector on the product page or run our fit checker on the homepage. -
What if my vehicle isn't listed?
Contact us with your year, make, model, and trim. We add new vehicles every week. -
Will it fit aftermarket seats?
Custom fits are designed for OEM seats. For aftermarket seats, contact us for a custom quote. -
Are these covers compatible with seat airbags?
Yes. All our seat covers have factory-spec side airbag passthroughs.

How do I clean my seat covers?
For leather, wipe with a damp cloth and use a leather conditioner monthly. For fabric, vacuum and spot clean with mild soap. -
Are the materials waterproof?
Our Premium Leather and Faux Leather are water-resistant. Neoprene is fully waterproof — ideal for kids and pets. -
Will the color fade?
All materials are UV-tested for 5+ years of color fastness under normal use.
Installation

Is installation difficult?
Most installations take 20-40 minutes per row. We include illustrated instructions and link to video guides. -
Do I need special tools?
No tools required for seat covers and floor mats. Trunk mats are drop-in. -
Can I install it myself?
Yes — 95%+ of customers install themselves. If you'd prefer professional installation, any trim shop can handle it in under an hour.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (4-installment option available). -
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant secure checkout. -
Can I change or cancel my order?
