9. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide a return label by email; you can download and print it, then paste it on the outside of your seat cover package.
- Drop it off at your nearest UPS postal office and return it back for free.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Exceptions
- Customized or personalized seat covers are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
